Technology Overload

Technology is the place to be right now.  How do you keep up?

Many will find it is more than the 80/20 paradigm that applies re: the identifiable interaction with advanced tech users versus finding or discovering those who can engineer or innovate new technologies -and/or solutions.
-- or code with speed and accuracy.

Additionally,
Enterprise-wide selected softwares; or languages; or processes are always fluid moving and/or cultivated by its most popular aggressors - How do you identify the best? & do you have a preference?

WANTED - Los Angeles, CA coders who can take it to the next level - thinking of mass consumer needs and modern day (As of March 2012) communication technology.
